Location:

We’re located in the old North Park Post Office. Our building was built by the local shipbuilders union in 1951, and was the North Park Post Office until July 3, 2010. We’ve retained the original Post Office signage, and the original barrel vault ceiling with exposed steel trusses.

Seasonality:

We update our menu frequently, inspired by the local Farmers Markets. The North Park Farmers Market is located just a block away every Thursday, and we really do rely on our relationships with our local farmers; their local produce is represented in every menu category, and nearly every dish we make, and it especially drives the direction of our ever-evolving menu.

Our Pizza:

We call our style of pizza "Neo-Neapolitan." For us, that means a hybrid of New York and Neapolitan techniques. 

We use 100% North American grown and milled organic bread flour for our dough (from millers we personally know), and California grown organic tomatoes for our sauce (from growers and packers we know). Our woodfired oven is traditional, but our baking temperature and bake time is not.

We think the most traditional thing we can do is to buy from our neighbors, and make what makes us happy. Simply put, we make the pizza that we want to eat, that we want to share, which is inspired by and shares the traits of many styles of pizza from around the world.

A Full Menu:

In addition to our celebrated pizza, we bake our own bread, and offer a selection of hot and cold appetizers, seasonal salads, and housemade desserts. Everything on the menu is from scratch, prepared with love, with intention, and without compromise.

Beverages:

We carry local beer brewed by our friends in the neighborhood, and have a wine list curated to enjoy with our food. Our full bar features a cocktail list that pays Tribute to the classics of a simpler time.
